Yahoo! : Time veut s’associer à un partenaire

Selon une information publiée lundi par Bloomberg, Time Inc. (Sports Illustrated, People…) pourrait s’adosser à un partenaire financier pour lancer une offre sur Yahoo!. Parmi les fonds intéressés : Blackstone, KKR et TPG Capital.
